Effective date: July 10, 2026
These terms govern your use of imperiumbookkeeping.com, the free LEDGER Audit, and our scheduling and contact tools. By using the site you agree to them. Bookkeeping and advisory engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties; if these terms conflict with a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement wins.
The free tools are informational
The LEDGER Audit, your Profit Health Score, and any content on this site are general information, not accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. They are a starting point for a conversation, not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your situation. Do not make financial decisions based solely on a score from a 10-question quiz.
No client relationship until engaged
Taking the audit, booking a call, or exchanging messages does not make you a client. A client relationship begins only when we both sign an engagement agreement and it takes effect.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the site, attempt to break or overload it, or scrape it.
- Do not submit information that is false, unlawful, or belongs to someone who has not authorized you.
Intellectual property
The site, the LEDGER Method name and framework, and all content, design, and branding belong to Imperium Bookkeeping. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
Communications
By submitting your contact information you agree we may contact you about your inquiry by email, phone, or text. Text messaging terms and your opt-out choices are described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and free tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imperium Bookkeeping is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or free tools. Our total liability related to the site is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always live at this page with its effective date.
