- Audit responses: if you take the free LEDGER Audit, your answers and resulting score are stored on your device and are shared with us only when you submit a booking or contact form.
- Usage information: standard analytics data such as pages visited, device type, and referring source, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Client financial records: if you become a client, we access the financial records you authorize (for example, QuickBooks Online data) solely to perform bookkeeping and advisory services.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and deliver the services you request.
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups by email and SMS.
- To improve our website, offers, and marketing.
- To meet legal, tax, and professional obligations.
